Paul Casuccio began managing condominium, rental, and commercial properties in 1990. Over the past 30 years, his extensive and diverse experience in the property management industry has resulted in a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of property management. Paul has dealt in great detail with Ontario New Home Warranty, Technical Audits, Reserve Fund Studies, legal issues, insurance claims, contract negotiations, tenancy concerns, and other ongoing matters. Paul is an accredited member with the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) as well as with the Institute of Housing Management (AIHM).

Margot Casuccio began her career in property management accounting in 1985, and earned her professional accounting designation in 1990.
